Every order follows the same five-step flow — transparent and repeatable, so your team knows exactly what to expect each week.
Submit your order by email or through our contact form. Include target varieties, stem counts, required delivery window, and destination. We confirm availability within 24 hours.
We harvest to order on a weekly cycle. Cutting is timed to your required delivery date, so stems arrive at peak freshness — typically 48 to 72 hours before the export flight.
From the moment of cutting, stems enter our cold chain. Graded, bunched, hydrated and held in temperature-controlled storage through to the export facility at JKIA, without interruption.
Every shipment is accompanied by a KEPHIS phytosanitary certificate, packing list, commercial invoice and airway bill. AFA export licence documentation is included as standard.
Shipments depart Jomo Kenyatta International Airport on scheduled weekly export flights. Transit to Amsterdam Schiphol is typically 8 to 10 hours.

Paperwork delays at destination are one of the biggest pain points in fresh flower imports. We prepare and verify all documentation before cargo acceptance, so your shipment clears customs cleanly.
